Sandra, what a happy occasion for you! I wanted to pop on here to let you know I'll be buying it within the next few days. I'm trying to order three things to get me over the amount to cover free shipping. I'll let you know as soon as the order's placed. I want to treat my girl well because when I end up going the Amazon route with my book, I'm going to pick your brain on what to do and what not to do. By the way, I may end up doing that with "The Trining" since the other deal fell through.

Oh, Jay, thank you! You can call on me anytime. Honestly, it's very easy. I'm now going to go down the Amazon promotion route. It's not a bad package for not a lot of money. And Amazon sell your books in their Barnes and Noble stores. To publish with them is free. When you're ready, give me a shout. Thanks for your lovely comments, your are such a lovely friend. Interesting. I'd never heard of their promotionals. Do you mind telling me how much it costs? Surely they don't send out a copy of your book to every Barnes and Noble book store. Do you pay the net cost of each book that they send out? I'm just curious. I could probably just look it up.

I've not gone into it properly, just that you pay for every 'click' you get from prospective buyers. It's not much per click, but a lot cheaper than paying out hundreds + to other forms of advertising. I looked into it more because I was getting lots of recommendations in my email box from Amazon about books from people I'd not heard of, and would go and look at them. I've bought some on their recommendation and been pleased with the books. I'm going to see how it goes with this book when I do it. I don't know how many of their stores have the books, I just know they do. I belong to their Prime, so I don't pay postage for anything, at only £7.95 a month, and mostly next day delivery it's well worth it, and I get free on line magazines, and films, music etc.
