Lol, I can't see me winning any awards, but thank you, it's a lovely thought! I self published. Waiting to find an agent or publisher is just now worth it these days. Most want you to pay half the cost, and by the time it's on sale, you will need to sell millions to get your money back and start being in profit. I do quite well self publishing, it's free if you do it with KDP.com, for Amazon, it goes in their own shops, Barnes and Noble which belongs to Amazon as well. Thanks, my friend. It's easy. Go into KDP.com, that is the publishing site for the Amazon books and you just follow the instructions. If you have any problems, pm me, and I'll try to help you. It's so worth it, holding your own book in your hands, and the joy of knowing people are buying your book. I published my children's story in a poem book two or three months ago, and it's sold very well. I'll be sorting out my latest children's book next week. My illustrations came free from Pixabay.
