I like the analogy of life in the stars, they die but their material transform into others. You show here in your words how life does go on in other forms. Excellent poem that gives the reader much to think about.

Now I will admit with this one Elaine I cheated and googled to learn about stars dying in the creation and everything.
But the whole thing is quite beautiful don't you agree?

Well written, the idea is very strong and visible. Personally, I think you would find more success and opportunity if you were to break this poem into a few works.

I genuinely respect the overall poem and see you going places as a writer. Continue the good work, you will find great success.

Ah, such a beautiful poem, Dr. Ricky. I see the day approaches of Jason's birth, the star in your universe. My favorite line:
I loved you so...
'twas Heaven
here with you...

Sending you my best today as always, and comfort and peace in our Lord Jesus Christ,
Sally XOs...

I thank you so much Sally for your time and review.
Your favorite line that you quoted?
    'twas Heaven
    here with you...
That was actually written by my oldest daughter Nicole who added it on to the obituary.

This is a powerful and poignant poem and it is as moving as a prayer. The last three stanzas are particularly beautiful. Organ donors are a blessing.
You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I could almost see this coming from the start. A tragic ending of a life that was dear to you. But parts of him now live on in another body, and his spirit will always be with you.

You have a very special poetic voice that is yours alone. Somehow you write in a way that I would know without your name being on it. This is very sweet and I can feel the emotion in it.

And, I have learned that each and every one of us?
Yes, has their own special styles!
And, I don't consider mine any better than anybody else's!
