This is great stuff to ponder. We should all consider the Now, Eternity and moments. They are all here for us to enjoy. As 'I AM' we should be present in all these wonderful days and nights we are surviving.
So many times we are caught up in our own busyness that we fail to enjoy each moment as a gift.
Thanks for reminding me, Roy. This is exceptional.

This is great stuff to ponder. We should all consider the Now, Eternity and moments. They are all here for us to enjoy. As 'I AM' we should be present in all these wonderful days and nights we are surviving.

Oh how I wish I had that jar...if only for a day or two. I am waiting for a visit this afternoon and pray that it is a good one or at least not a bearer of even worse news. I pray that our Lord will hold be steady and give me the strength.

and put it to the sword.
We can enjoy eternal now

This is a wonderful poem, Roy. I agree it would be so nice to safe joyful moments in a jar that we could return to during times of pain or sorrow. Sometimes it's harder to remember the joyful times, when we are overwhelmed by bad memories. Thanks for sharing.

It is exceptional work. As usual, your deep faith is inspirational and calming in your words. The thought of capturing and saving the good times in a jar is creative but eternity is a question to ponder.

Thanks be to God that we can enjoy an internal life. I like the idea of putting wonderful moments in a jar to be enjoy at later times. As long as we have memories, that will have to serve as our jar. Wonderful poem.
