I think this is a very good contest entry. Very creative, the image of an owl and Noah's daughter is just good. I almost feel like I am on the boat with them. Your part time "therapy" is very good! Your full time worked is wonderful and admired. Thank you, Good job.

Your use of allusion will draw the reader in. Your onomatopoeia makes it more amusing. You have nice sensory images that appeal to every sense. This is clever how it can include all of the senses.

A unique story. The wise old owl has a conception of God that the dumber animals do not. The connection between the owl and Noah's daughter is interesting.

Interesting take on the Noah flood story. Made me think about the avian groups that would have been aboard. I admire poets as poetry is not my strong suit. Keep writing!
