I hate to think of or admit to the countless hours I spent futilely worrying about an upcoming situation. It's hard on the mind and the body to anticipate a worse case scenario, which seldom really occurs. Thanks for reminding me that tomorrow's worries will take care of themselves.

So right you are, I've done my share of over worrying too! It
really is a self defeating and aging habit indeed. And yes,
