I really enjoyed this in a bittersweet kind of way. Probably, because you'd think we would've learned better by now, and yet community seems so far away. Like people just don't know how to care about others. Good luck in the contest!

This is a great entry for the contest. Nice picture to illustrate, and great advice that is being given. Very well written. Your last verse sums it up:
