You've even got a nice rhyme in the word "renders" and "splendor" although I half expected to see the the word splendors.

The images are beautiful. The sentence is telling how exquisites the roses are before they bud and after they are done budding and blossoming.

There is always a warm feeling when you see beautiful flowers.
