"Dew's time" is an interesting phrase. Your thought flows together so smoothly in this. Bonus touch of rhyme with renders and splendor. Your artwork choices give a beautiful example of exquisite splendor. Good luck in the contest. judi

I love it. Beautiful pictures of the tiny rosebud, which opens up to such a beautiful flower. I like "Dew's time." Roses certainly are one of God's great creations for our enjoyment. I like the suggestion of being patient waiting for the best to unfold.

Awwww... How cute this is... In dew's time, is such a perfect title and makes a most delightful poem, Diane. It is beautifully presented with your two pictures and even has lovely internal rhyme! I really hope this is a winner in the one-line poem contest. I like everything about it. MM

Lovely, lovely poem. You certainly have a way with words. Every time I read one of your posts I salute your talent. Your pictures, of course, match perfectly with your words.

Hi Diane,
Oh this is so beautiful! Love the play on words "in dew's time" - excellent!
Your monostitch poem is excellent and the photographs enhance your lovely words. Makes me long for spring instead of the fall...
Btw, thank you again for sending me the instructions on how to post an image in the body of a poem. It works! Now if I can just learn what all those squiggly little symbols are near the little 2 mountain icon are, I'll be computer savvy on FanStory! Ahh, but that's for another day...
Thanks again and have a great day, Diane :))
Always,
Senyai

This poem is beautiful, especially accompanied by two very nice photos. Yes. Rose buds do turn into roses in late spring or early summer, especially after a rain fall.
Well done.
