glad my wee poem touched you.
I don t know if you have pets but for many years I have helped a close friend that saves stray cats /kittens from the streets.
I nurse some back to health , tame others and then she finds happy forever homes for them.

I love this poem. I did animal rescue for 10 years and saved a lot of lives. Most of the cats I had were taken from kill shelters. Adopting a stray or an animal from a kill shelter, you gain the most loyal companions.
