Your chosen artwork is frightening, because in a lifetime, we meet so many wolves with smiles on their face, ready to devour. They smile and advertise products on TV that promise lies. They smile again as they collect our money. They smile and sell us faulty used cars. They smile and promise us peace, joy, and wealth if we support their religious organization. There are so many more examples. Thank you for this thought-provoking post that I hope does well in the contest.

Reading this account dovetailed into an incident that happened to me back in my day of basic training in 1960. I participated in bringing down an abusive sergeant that his superiors had been trying to prosecute for some time, but he always managed to frighten the witnesses into backing out of testifying. I had the courage and they were finally able to convict him. My life however, was ruined forever. Unknown to me I was in a situation that could have cost me my life.
