Well, that was a good chapter. I guess Sofia's guilt plus her superstitions worked well. The , "I'll take you there." is a bit of classic move. They never just write down directions. But, it keeps things moving, plus adds content. It also gives her a chance to change her mind. Fear only lasts so long.

I stay as far away from voodoo as I can get, but I guess that in this case, the end justifies the means, with Annie's life hanging in the balance ... and Cassidy's acting experience came in very handy.

Looks like Cassidy deserves an Oscar for all the dramatic acting. Where did the voodoo part come in? Whose bright idea was that?:) The spirits must be scaring off the ladies. and the superstitions. Annie's place is now known. Time to get Miguel. Good going!
