Thank you for the beautiful tribute to August, a friend to all of us here on FanStory. I'm just catching up with everyone today due to problems and illness. I just posted my own tribute yesterday. He is in a wonderful place with our Lord and Christ. He will remain always in our hearts.

I didn't know you knew of August. I was distraught. We had a special connection. I understood his work deeply. I am so glad you could honor him. A strong but gentle man, even if later years pain was his forte...as Christ was his lead.
