Nice piece of poetry having impressive phraseology, captivating flow throughout from the beginning to the end, and beautifully depicting your heartfelt feelings for one of the dearest members of our FanStory family.

when I read it in my pm...tears...he truly is a talented writer...and a kind loving man...a great friend...
he started a company called...Carpenters For Christ....he would
go all over the country helping people...free...and he financed it himself...he will truly be missed my sweet friend...

Linda, like you, I'm also always troubled by news of one of our FanStory family passing away. It seems ironic August survived the 9/11 attack and then died so near its anniversary. I'm sorry to hear about this and thank you for giving us the information. MM

Ho Adonna, he was such a kind man...he started a company called...Carpenters For Christ...and traveled all over the country helping people...free...he financed it himself...
his daughter (Amber) just got her Masters Degree to be a nurse...he died two days before she got it...he wanted to be there for her so bad...I told her...he knows...and there will be a time she will see him again...and they will have a lot to talk about...
he was a very talented writer...and a good friend...he will truly be missed...he is now Resting In Peace...he is in a better place...walking with God...

Hi Hitcher, yes it does hurt...I think we get closer to our friends on here...than some of our friends at home...mostly
because we tell of our life stories...

I feel sorry about the lost of this member. I have never read anything by him but I will do so soon. I think all poets have a sensible and beautiful soul.
He was also a survivor of 911. I honor him for it.

I looked at the Tribute to JoanE and I thought he might have written something but no, it was mountainwriter not crzypntr. Sigh.
I felt so bad that when I had so many deaths in my family...I got behind...but I did catch up on most of them....

We keep losing writers each year. I hope his daughter will understand why so few have written in the book.
