This is a glorious picture which invites comment and I think your haiku did it justice. The middle line is most original and beautiful and your syllable count is faultless., Giddy

This is so beautiful. I love the second line 'flaunting a crimson pathway,' because it's so dramatic and quite accurate. Fall is my favorite season because it's so flamboyant and you poem is like a cheer. Good luck in the contest.

A beautifully written Haiku, Australian trees by enlarge aren't deciduous, so we are more or less robbed of those brilliant colours we experienced in New England in America in 2014, this is beautifully written, good luck. blessings Roy

Very nice Haiku. Picture goes very well with poem. The Haiku is one of the toughest forms. You inspired me.

Autumn lights the way.
Harvest moon is on display.
Farmers baling hay.

    I am so terrible at Haiku, that I didn't enter any contests. The purists don't like rhymes in Haiku.

You have created a picture of Autumn with your use of words. "nature's fiesta" is a perfect last line that shows autumn as a happy time with all her color. Your words make the reader feel good.

Very well done! You paint a beautiful picture with your world and do have the 'aha' at the end.
Your photo is terrific also. It accentuates your words in colors.
Autumn is a beautiful month, and many have saved those colorful leaves in their scrapbooks, me for one.
