Well, I was surprised that the voice didn't belong to Dillan. Who is this One more" uninvited guest who seemed to think it is all right to just walk into another's house? Poor Cici. I guess two or three days aren't too many to find out. Why do I feel like he's connected with the school?

Yeah, I worry about there being too many characters. Like a Russian novel, you know? Only in Anna Karenina they all had like 4 different names each. I'm trying to cut down on the characters, but this is a serial novel, so I figure it's kind of like a soap opera where there's occasionally guest stars..... but there's the main characters on the island. You know? Serial novel writing. So much like just modern day pulp fiction. You should try it! I'll bet you could get a paid contract for Radish!

What's with all these people just showing up in that cabin? I think Cici should start locking up every time she steps outside. But I did like that she enjoyed the "outside while being inside." Wonder if this is another Kincaid relative. Maybe the father?

Yeah.... maybe she should lock her door. You know I forgot to fix the last chapter about Em not finishing her story. I'll do that today. Nope not another Kincaid, thank goodness. Too many Kincaids helping her already! You'd think there were trying to get her to join a cult! Oh, wait. Maybe they are.

Interesting slice of life chapter. Cici seem very calm and collected even with ripped jeans. I like the lush vegetation around the septic drain, that made perfect sense. You also did well editing and ending the chapter on a mini cliff hanger. Though it doesn't feel dangerous.
