To hear the words 'it's okay' speaks volumes. It seems to be something you no longer hear much anymore in this world of sharp criticism and quick judgments.

This is an excellent feelings poem. Your words make the reader feel good. You have a smooth flow of rhyming words and a smooth poetic form. Love the line" It's okay to laugh at a mistake", so true. Excellent entry for the contest.

How magnificent to remind the reader (and more often than not me) that it's okay to explore our emotions and open up to what we feel. It's okay to move past our grief. It doesn't mean the love has disappeared, it just means we are still alive.

It's really amazing how much feelings will cause a great deal of either suffering or joy. When Jesus died on the cross, and before that in the garden of Gethsemane, sweating blood, He had perfect control of His feelings. But it's tough when things aren't good. This is beautifully written my friend, yes indeed it is OK to feel bad, and you've expressed that in great poetic language and rhyming, well done, good luck, blessings Roy

The author's words are meaningful, interesting, give choices and are extremely creative. I pondered on "it's okay" as to me is a freeing way to look so many situations. I liked this poem very much. The poem flows and connects well. The artwork is great and compliments these words.
