The poem is well written. It is presented well, and tells a loving, thoughtful story within the poem itself of you and your sister. The love, bond and friendship with your sister is awesome. The rhyming and the way that the words flowed together were perfect. I really enjoyed the poem that you shared that your sister wrote. This poem reminds me of how close my sister and I used to be, and what I would like to have with her again. She lives in another state, and I miss her so. My condolences and prayers to you for your loss. My mom passed away in February. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Jacquelyn, I am so sorry for the loss of your mother sweet girl...it's hard losing the ones we love so much...
my sister moved to Florida...so I would go down 2 or 3 times a year...I would stay for at least a month...I hated to leave my family...if anything...pick up the phone and call...time goes by so fast...

Even though it is a rough draft, it shows great potential. Did you both write poetry when you were younger? Your closeness is a wonderful thing and, I know you miss her a lot even though she moved away to Florida. Your game of looking out for her every time you took her to her apartment reminds me of my partner. Audrey always looked out for me too. She made sure I was all right before I would drive home after visiting her. Later, when we lived together, she was the defender of our place and, I always felt safe with her around.
Thank you for filling me in on your lives together in your author's notes. The added touch was very appealing.
