Sweet. The anthropomorphism of the desert cliffs is charmingly endearing. So many nature scenes are gifted to us! Eyes up and out of our phones. Embrace the real world and leave the virtual one behind!

There's been a lot of different moons, blood moons, usually the time of the feast of tabernacles, and Passover, which have some end times prophesy attached to them. Beautifully written Haiku Gypsy, blessings Roy

An ambient scene as the pink colours mix together here and your well chosen words have painted nature at its best, much enjoyed, a fine Haiku, love Dolly x

Comment from Gloria ....
This is just stunning, Gypsy. Surreal artwork that causes the desert cliffs to blush because the super moon is staring a wee mite too hard.
Enjoyed this very much today. Thank you for sharing. :))

This is a tantilizing contemporary haiku. I like the way you use existing meteorological terms or geographical names to build up your image.

How clever to ascribe human personalities to celestial and natural rock formations here on the earth. Most of us realize that the Earth, in fact most if not all of creations is alive in some way, so giving them human personalities is not totally crazy.

I like your personified the moon and rock. After being gazed by the super moon, the red rock blushed. It is so cute. I also like your matching color of the three lines with the color of the art..
Beautiful overall.

So cool! I couldn't see the picture on my phone but using hubby's laptop, I can see how well your picture fits your poem. Yes, that supermoon's gaze is causing those desert cliffs to blush!
