I always admire people who can write poetry. Me, not so good at it. LOL
So although I don't really understand all the abab and pantoum and swap quatrain, I will take your word for it that's all correct and tell you I enjoyed reading this very much and that it speaks volumes of truth.

Roy, is this a recipe for stew, ha ha. Unfortunately, this kind of stew is eaten by many. This a very new rhyming

You make it look so easy to combine the two forms, though I know it is much more complicated than it looks. Your notes show it well. Your presentation looks great, Roy. I like the color scheme and the image. Your repeated lines as per the rules work well in al cases. The message is clear, too.

I like the poem and the form you choice to do it in. I like the last two stanzas the best with "Both truth and lies they make a stew
