Very good and thank you for sharing. I hate when someone lies and even worse when they steal. This was a good poem. I enjoyed it. Its so bad when someone stretches the truth that makes a good liar. |Keep up the good work.

I doubt that God wishes anyone to live with regret. That is why he has given us freedom to make our choices.
My favorite kind is: "they make a stew, both truth and lies."

You are right that this mixture of two forms fits the confused theme of this poem. It seems that faith is the answer to the confusion of this person.
I like that you can be shod with both deception and wisdom. We hope the second is what you end up being shod with.
