How are you? Thank you for participating in the haiku club. I didn't know you posted this until now because you didn't post it through the club. In the future, you may go through the club so I can make sure to give you feedback.

Good syllables count and connection between line 2 and 3. I would put a dash after she is not -- Also, this is a contemporary haiku. Traditional haiku is about nature and it needs a season word.

she's there then she's not --
figment or reality
who gets to decide

I like the story of Nessie and the allure of the possibility! I enjoyed this write and your pictures are fun. Nessie is sure a tricky one. All the best to you.

I get the feel, she is surreal. Very interesting poem. I commend you on finding the picture. Nice presentation of the enigma of folklore.

Lol. I like your whimsical poem about Nessie. I have heard about the Loch Ness monster and she's endeared herself to many. I think the stories may have launched to a much higher level than the reality. Best wishes in the contest!

I have a guinea pig named Nessie, after the Loch Ness creature. Your words make the reader think, maybe she is there, maybe she is a figment of our imagination. Your words fit the picture and take the reader to another place.
