Doctor Dorothina Fairchild = Good name for a character. And you do a good job of defining her personality through her actions, dialogue, and thoughts. Nice action toward the end and that cliffhanger is a doozy.
A couple of details:
My spellcheck changed it to "gynecology"
Also, to me, this sentence seemed like it needed a comma or something: "...pressed against her side almost attached to her right arm."
Anyway, it looks like this is developing into quite a nifty book.

Not at all good. It doesn't look good for Doctor Dorothina Fairchild. She doesn't seem like a very compassionate person, but she doesn't deserve to die. This Karl Adler is a horrible killer. Does he target people who have character flaws? I am wondering. This is an excellent write. I am out of sixes.
