Wow! I can understand your frustration. This does should like a terrible nightmare. Four flight changes and making you fly from a place so far out of your way and on your own to get there. That is incredible. Then to not be anyway to get through to them. No wonder you want to shoot them down. I know you are anxious to see your family, and I certainly hope it happens with no more delays.

I can understand your frustration and feeling peeved. However, the alternatives are far worse. We are back in lock-down, others are very ill. Hang in there. The right time will come.

It really wouldn't matter by what airline on would fly with Iza. My brother and sister flew from NZ South Island via North island all over the place, it can be normal even in good times. Beautifully written Iza, Blessings Roy

Ao sorry to hear about all your frustration with the airlines and your flight to visit family. They are making things more difficult and marking up the prices at the same time. In the US we are pretty much back to normal for the time being except no one wants to work because of all the extra free money they are getting from unemployment. Crazy! Good luck...

Oh, I'm so sorry for all the frustration you're going through. Does Air Canada not fly there? I don't remember ever flying KLM so I cannot weigh in but I think many airlines have been canceling and changing because they are skittish, too, about all the uncertainties. Praying for it all to work out.

The frustrations of international travel in the pandemic come through here, as well as the costs. Everything is hanging by a thread. They don't seem to mind a throng to watch the Canadiens game though, out on St. Catherine's street. Or Rue STe. Catherine, I should say. estory

I am so sorry this is happening. I can't image how frustrated you are. Here in the US most states, depending on how liberal the governor is, is almost back to normal. The more liberal the state, the more unopened it is. LOL
West Jet is 200 Canadians and it's no guarantee that I will catch the international bullshit flight. (you can leave the 'that' out)

I can sure understand your frustrations, Iza. I've heard that since flying was suddenly allowed, there have been so many people booking flights, and so many airline employees quitting their jobs, that the airlines are having trouble getting enough staff to do the jobs. I hope it all works out for you in the end.
