Very well said. I like the way you got so many brands and models in the poem. Life in the country is impossible without a truck. We've had several Ford Rangers and have been very happy with them. I heard they are making them again. I don't know why they ever stopped. Unless you have real need for a bigger truck, they are easier on gas, parking, etc. Our current one is a 2008 with only about 100,000 miles on it and has needed very little rust remediation, given the winter salt on the roads.

Great entry for the "my truck" writing prompt contest. It's funny because it's so true. Nice rhyming. The presentation is cool.

I can't believe this poem made my day better! I was laughing at the rhyming and the last line "You're gonna be stuck like Chuck." You did a great job!

Dear Mystery Writer,
I have read several of these truck poems and so far, they have all pretty much made me smile. I liked the fact that he had owned so many different kinds but maybe come back to a favorite. Is an El Camino a truck? I thought it was actually classified as a car. hahaha
Thanks and good luck!

This is a very Clever and fun poem that has alot to say. I enjoyed it very much. The descriptions are on point and paint a picture in the readers mind. Its true you need a pickup in some places.

I remember with great fondness the F100 and F 150 fords, they were great workhorses, but to a young man they were heaven on wheels, perhaps more useful to the farmer, but what the heck? Beautifully written my friend, written articulately in no particular meter, with aabb rhyming, most enjoyable, good luck, blessings riy

My husband has owned a truck for over fifty years and he wouldn't accept anything but a Chevrolet He pays more attention to his truck than he does to me. Keep on truckin'!

I think that you have a deep passion to drive and keep trucks for collection. This is good. I like your poetry. Excellent work! No grammatical errors. Best wishes in the contest!
