Thanks for sharing another chapter of your life with us, Beth! I really wish I had enough information--and memory--to do this same, I think it's a fantastic idea!

    Thank you so much for the review. I'll bet if you started writing down what you remember a lot of things would come to mind that you think you have forgotten.

Good stories, Beth. There was lots going on in your family, for sure. It's interesting how Christi managed to get rid of a couple more kittens on Halloween! I hope they were welcomed and cared for. Connie seemed to be maturing and doing better, so that would have been a relief to you.

I found some spags, but checked previous reviews before pointing them out this time. :) Well done.

    Hopefully, I fixed all the spags. The last reviewer didn't find any others. Reviews are so kind to point these out without penalizing me. My eyes are getting bad and I need to go get glasses. Thank you so much for your review and comments.

    I think they found all that I had seen. It must take time for the revised version to show up on the screen.

You have me laughing over the individual who adopted the three kittens and your child passing out kittens on Halloween. A kitten is probably better than candy. Life is definitely full here as your husband recovers from hip surgery and your children keep you busy.

    Thank you so much for the review and comments. Yes, Christi was pretty clever about getting rid of those kittens. There was always something going on.

The kids are still learning the ropes about learning to grow, and be independent, I was always worried about our kids, but they made, they married mature minded young men, one run the church finances at 18, became a banker, the other grew up in poverty, so they both handled money well. Beautifully written, blessings Roy

    Thank you so much Roy. I really appreciate the review and help with the spags. I meant to say "teased her about her driving." Hopefully I've corrected everything now.

    Thank you for the great review and help with the spags. I'd managed to correct all but one of them but I always miss something.

Hilarious! Christi is an evil genius--trick or treat!

We gave them more money than we'd planned since they obviously [need=>NEEDED] it.

Don shocked us by saying [OMIT COMMA] that they had to go away somewhere for a few days [OMIT COMMA] to try to salvage their marriage.

I can remember [oweing=>OWING] four loan companies

We didn't realize it at the time, but he evidently felt that having adopted our kittens [OMIT COMMA] made him a part of our family.

[icecream=>ICE CREAM] parlor.

our daughter and [someof=>SOME OF] her friends toilet-papered the owner's house on Halloween night. Those kind of things always came to light [OMIT COMMA] so long after the fact, that the statue of limitations has passed for punishment.

[statue=>STATUTE] of limitations

He and Kimberly felt that it went against their [what they believed=>BELIEFS].

He [seems=>SEEMED] to be going through some crisis in his life, and he was becoming a more serious person.

[Connie=>CONNIE'S] best friend from New Orleans, Lesley [COMMA] came up to spend Thanksgiving with Connie.

We celebrated Thankgiving early here on the Sunday before the [Holigay=>holiday], so Don and Kimberly could be with us.

picked her up from the [aid treminnal=>TERMINAL].

Our house in [OMIT: the] New Orleans was much smaller

antagnosize=>ANTAGONIZE

    Thank you so much Elizabeth. I really missed a lot of stuff that time but hopefully they are all corrected. When the spell checker shows and error and I hit to correct it. sometimes I have trouble reading the crazy correction they put in. I need glasses. I'm always getting on the wrong home keys, too.
