The format is followed. The satire is sensed by the superior attitude of the cat. Dogs run when called, eager to please. Cats reply: "Take a number if you please".

Ha! This is super cute. Reminds me of my daughter's cat. The poem and picture go together very well. Good luck as an entry in the Write a Senryu prompt.
