Great piece, expresses nicely that not all music is musical, great pictures for getting that message across. I like that you were thinking outside the box.

Thank you for the kind review ..
I m glad you made it a point that my entry is different ..
I love nature and live near woods so ..in all honesty , it was the obvious choice in this case actually
In general though, I love to offer unusual approaches, unusual themes in the contests...
it s my way also to win over the reader s interest seeing my writing skills per se still need much working on ..
I have been writing poems now for 2and 1/2 years and I have made progress but I know I have a long way to go to conquer /perfect this art.
I hope you enjoyed the video ?

My schedule is pretty full so I didn't see the video. I barely have time to read everything.

Oooppss ...
A workaholic ( sigh ...shrug )
I?m confident the video would have put a smile on your face .. ( wink )
I wish you a productive weekend then
Keep safe and
Ciao!

As a nature lover, I loved this. Your descriptions are amazing. I'm sitting here listening to the birds singing as I read and write. Good luck in the contest.

I really enjoyed your rhyming poem. I am a lover of nature sounds.
Liked how you described the burbling stream, busy buzzing bees, bird melodies and whispering breeze.
The bird song opera was so entertaining.
Thank you for sharing!

What a great title - aren't we blessed at this time of year especially with 'Nature's Orchestra '- as the natural world reawakens - powerfully portrayed here in these stanzas

A wonderful response to the requirement to composed a rhyming poem that explores the influence that music has on our lives. The descriptive passages found within the piece, as well as its creative title capture the essence of Nature's music. Great job.

I?m very happy that you enjoyed both poem and video ..
I hope your friends will enjoy it as much as you did.
Seeing your love for bird .. you might appreciate this video of a swan landing .. you need to copy and paste
Enjoy!

why thank you. will do it right now.
PS - if you want to see something funny. you tube a gooney bird landing:)
-
just saw it. Loved the "WONK" at the end.
-
I think the wonk is a sound distortion because he was filming it in slow motion .. ( biggrin)
I love the sound of the wings flapping before you even see the swan appears through the mist.
I checked your link .. the albatross toppling over was hilarious .. some really funny landings ..thanks for the link !
Keep safe!
-
as opposed to the grace of the swan. yep. pretty funny.
-
PS
you don't think it was the swan saying, "wonk?" We know they honk. She might have learned a new word.
-
I didn?t know swans wonk ( biggrin) ..
I have no idea what kind of vocalisations a swan makes
..you might me right then ...
I?ll have to check how it sounds at normal speed.
I learnt something today!
Ciao!
