I'm surprised that you weren't completely exhausted, keeping track of so many situations in the lives of your family members! I hope that everything turned out alright with Evan's health; it sounds as though he was under some stress, even staying at home.
Those cats must have been very difficult pets to take care of -- what a nasty bite! I think Evan was right, suggesting that you get a tetanus shot. It's a good thing you didn't get some other kind of infection from it!

Here are a few errors I found and some suggestions:

This upcoming wedding sounds like it will be something out of a soap opera! Don found a very dangerous way to propose to her, but he had basically been taking risks all his life, anyway. At least they survived the proposal. And what will happen when Kimberly finds out that the diamond isn't real?

Thank you so much for reading and correcting this. I hope you got it before the money expired. I've been out of town a couple of day so please forgive me for being late getting to this. Carol, Connie and I took a trip to South Georgia to a botanical garden, Callaway and we also went on animal safari drive through where all kind of wild exotic animal eat our your hand and stick their heads in you car. We had a lot of fun. Those cats were named when we got them. I'd never hear of Mr. Mister but I'll be you knew about that rock group.

Thank you Lyn. Maybe I'm being almost too honest by putting in all on as I remember. I hope you children won't hold it against me. They went through so bad stages. LOL

Oh, Beth, the wedding thing does not sound good...and Kimberly thinking the ring is real. Her parents shouldn't have asked you to pay for it. If the kids can't afford it, they shouldn't have the big wedding or wait until they can. It's grand when things get dumped on you... Smiles, Carol

Thank you Carol. I appreciate the review. They wanted me to pay for half a good bit of the wedding and do the rehearsal dinner. LOL

Oh dear, Beth, this sounds ominous. So Don is to be married and the whole thing seems to be getting out of hand. Meanwhile you try to give your three cats a de-fleecing bath. Ha ha, how brave you were. Good job there's so much easier treatment around these days. I've hade cats most of my life so I know what your saying. My little Pepina is looking at me as I'm writing this. She can read minds, I think.
Now what's next? Ulla:)))

I have had Persian cats in the past so I can relate to the flea problem with the Himalayan cats. The mountain trek is scary with the storm, quite the place to propose to a future spouse. Life was certainly interesting and never dull for you, you had your hands full with your children and the upcoming wedding.

Did Kimberly ever discover her ring was a fake? It sounds like the wedding didn't go down well either. Can't wait to find out what happened. Now it seems that Christi is trying to chat up a gay man, lol, she's right, though, some are really handsome. I have two friends and they are both gorgeous, I told them that, and they laughed!! Another wonderful chapter, Beth. :)) Sandra xxx

Thank you so much for the review and comments. Christi was attracted to gay men several times without realizing they were gay. I think she saw them as a challenge became they didn't seem attracted to her. The wedding was fine. The reversal supper wasn't. You'll see.

Whew! I'm so glad you were not terribly injured "dipping the cats!! Today, there are just drops to put on the back of their heads and it works fine.

I understand how stressed you must be at work and also worry about your husband's health. I don't know why he didn't just go to the doctor. But your advice to lie down and take aspirin was smart.

From all you said, Don's future marriage sounds potentially "stormy." But it was cute how he got the ring. I think the artificial diamonds are just as good.

Thank you so much for the review and comments. Evan was seeing the doctor regularly, and they couldn't seem to get the blood pressure regulated. He tended to work himself into a panic and cause the pressure to go. He liked me with him when he went to doctor. Thank for seeing the misspelling.

It is fascinating the way you dodge about from one little snippet to another. It certainly helps to keep one's interest! That marriage proposal must surely have been one of a kind!

Dipping cats--yowl!

I can't get enough of your vibrant family life! Cliff-hanger--I'm already itching to read the next--I'm racking my brain as to what will happen that makes you wish you'd paid for the wedding!

lowercase: math, history

Don was thinking maybe [OMIT COMMA] Christmas would be a good time for a wedding.
