I was impressed with how you handled the imagery. It was almost as if I could see him standing before me. You were blessed to have such a role model and you detailed your love for him so well in this masterfully handled tribute. I wrote a poem about my grandfather for this site. How fortunate for you that you had such a wonderful grandfather who left you with such fond memories. Eighteen is a young age to have lost someone so special, but what a tribute you have written for him!
