Hi estory. Well it appears that mankind is its own worst enemy. Our greed is phenomenal, and the lust for power never diminishing, whether it comes to the US, China or Russia. Nobody will see sense until it is too late. On a selfish note I'll hope it will happen after I'm no more. I loved your poem .Ulla:)))

Thanks so much for the continued support of my work and your five star review. I was a bit surprised by the positive resonses, given how difficult these opening parts of Apocalypse are to read. But if you stick with it it will move after a time back into the light estory

Yes, we certainly have progressed to a low place, void of the real God, lost in sin. Hopefully, many will come to the end of themselves before the end of all things. It's not far away in my humble observation.

-Niagara Falls. Typo.

Sending you my best today as always, dear estory. Thank you for sharing,
Sal :))

Thanks for the excellent review and your continued support for this series. You seem to be getting exactly what I was trying to say. So far there was only one bad review, and that surprised me given how difficult these opening chapters of Apocalypse are to read. estory

I'm afraid pride has replaced gratefulness, "we are great because of our own doing and aptitude" the people cry, Trump's cry of "Let's make America great again, roused the folk's pride, when all the time it's God who grants greatness, and if we dishonour that, God will give us up to the gods of luck, fate and...destruction. Satan hates us, God loves. Beautifully written and wisely scribed, well done, blessings Roy

Thanks for the excellent review and your interesting comments on the poem. I think you got exactly what I wanted to say here, that separation from God is the road to disaster. I try to steer clear of politics in most of my writing; I look forward to the day where the government will be upon Jesus' shoulder. estory
