This is a time where your concluding line is in disagreement with the first two. IMHO
Since the memory is present already, your silent guest is invited and not uninvited into the mind!

Those uninvited guests can be a nuisance.
Memories of people from our past who have touched our lives in some way, do have a habit of interrupting our peace.
I really enjoyed this. It's very relatable.

That last line of "uninvited guest" says it all. The first line "memories of you" is neutral. The second one shows that peace is invaded by these memories. It's the last one that tells us that the memories are not good ones. Well done storytelling in haiku!
