Yes, it's a nicely written glimpse of a fleeting situation, but I've read it before. (I'm an artist myself and remember the imagery of the sketch of the watching girl.) You're either the same author recycling the same story you posted a while ago (possibly fine tuning it), or else you've appropriated someone else's previous posting.

A succinct 70 word flash fiction that tells a full story in just the few words allotted. Well presented, I enjoyed the twist at the end- she had been watched while watching. Nicely done.
