Love this. Most people don't think about those kinds of things, I have realized. You do a great job of keeping the abstract and vague, free of convoluted biases, dogmas, and certainty about that which just can not be known at this point.Groovy! Keep pondering these questions.

This is a very good essay. Yes, science may eventually prove the Big Bang Theory, but as four-dimensional beings (if you count time) there are things we will never figure out. If the Universe is expanding, when it runs out of energy, will it contract, spring back, or just fall apart? After all, isn't everything just spinning energy, creating force fields that we think of as mass, or solid objects? Just where did the singularity come from? Has it expanded and contracted an infinite number of times?
