Thank you for the review. I hope thing are going well with getting the book ready. As to Stone Mountain, do they want to blow up the mountain for just remove the carvings? I assume they don't care of the Confederates.

Hard to say about ignorance. They are so blind and never realizes that history are the footsteps toward a more secure future. We learn by our mistakes and removing the boundary lines of knowing good from evil is totally idiotic.

Good read as usual. No spags as far as I could see. I have missed the big bucks this time around but I am stacked up at present, so no worries there. FS wants more for some reason so here goes.

So a very active family indeed! Good to see Connie and you are on a better footing. Everyone seems to be finding their own niche, little by little. Christi seems to be the one with the ups and downs. Glen and Carol look to be quite successful. Don is successful in school, but still misfiring with cars.

Thank you Ralf, I was relieved to have Connie being a loving child again even though he grade hadn't improved that much. Don and Christi were my concerns in this chapter.

I really like the way you began this chapter with seeking out good counsel from books and Dr. Dobson and how you learned to stop reacting so strongly and it seemed to help your relationship with Connie.
You really have a good memory! I have to say that I laughed out loud when I read this line:
"Apparently, this was another kind of classic or expensive model that didn't run." LOL
You did a great job on this and I did not see any errors. I thought I saw one place where you had a comma instead of a period...but, now I can't
find it.

Thank Anna, I really appreciate the review and comments. Dr. Dobson's advice was very helpful. When my son got into college he convinced us to loan him money to buy a car. The Firebird came from a junkyard and never ran but he didn't tell us where he was getting it.

I read this last night in bed, but couldn't type my review on the ipad. Too small for me. I really enjoyed this part, Connie is like most teenage girls, we all try it on, but our parents soon knock it out of us by grounding us. Lol. I've never been to America, but would have loved a trip to Disney World, that won't be happening now. My sister has been loads of times, taking her grandchildren and their parents. Lots happening in this part as usual, Beth, another really interesting read. :)) Sandra xxx

I read this last night in bed, but couldn't type my review on the ipad. Too small for me. I really enjoyed this part, Connie is like most teenage girls, we all try it on, but our parents soon knock it out of us by grounding us. Lol. Thank you for the review and comments. Yes, we all misbehaved as teenagers. I wonder if your sister lives in the US and near are in Florida. Disney world is a magical place. I'll probably never go back but I'm glad i had that opportunity.

Thank you, Dick. I really appreciate the review and comments. My children are thrilled that I'm doing this. I hope the grandchildren will like it. After getting into genealogy, I'd like to know more about what life was like for those who lived before me.
I really appreciate the six stars. So far my memory is pretty good.

I did keep a journal stating in 1987 for two or three years but not before that and not lately. I do have a pretty good memory. Much better than my children's memories. Thanks for the review.
