This is a very clever take on the idea of paradise and I really like it. if we could all just figure this out and live n our own versions of paradise and enjoy the happiness within, no matter where we are hanging out.

Your writing clearly reveals that you have found a personal paradise with easy rhymes and rhythms. It may be just a little too easy in the sense that some of the descriptions are overly familiar. Maybe you could have stretched more for unique expressions. Good job of satisfying the contest requirements.

What a great idea to make the most of what you have and create a paradise that you and your husband can enjoy together. Cruise ships are too risky during a pandemic so what you have is perfect! Best wishes in the contest!

What an excellent transition from (enhanced) fantasy to reality. This is a good example of "life is what you make of it" -- paradise is where you find it. Hubby doing the cooking? Paradise in itself -- forget the palm trees.
