You have a good imagination. I do believe in angels...I doubt they have pink wings. Your flash fiction entry brought me a smile.
Nice imagery and message as well. Miracles can and do happen. After all, the fish held tax money in its mouth.
I might have used a couple of commas in the sentence where we discover Eternity's name.

A very lovely story of a guardian angel who is ever ready. It is not beyond the pale, however. There are so many times in our lives when we feel like someone is protecting us. Who else would be ever there?

Wearing a white dress with silver sparkles and pink wings with Iridescent glow. Captivating eyes with the brightest blue I ever saw. Radiant blond locks fell over her shoulders.
Should say... captivating eyes were the bluest

"Captivating eyes, etc." is a sentence fragment. Why not tie it to the previous sentence with a semicolon?
Next to last line, Eternity needs to be capitalized.
