Thanks, Ulla I hope you were able to pick up the video. It is quite large. The QVB building was where I had my first job before its renovation back in the late 60's. We did have a good day.

Nice photos. Who are the masked bandits? I think you guys do great getting around for a walk and it seems to be a pleasant one at that.
Many just sit and the world go by but you and the wife are up and moving about.

Yeah Bro I have to do the walks replacing the Metformin Diabetic meds that may have been causing Kidney Damage. The walks sub for the Med and help me get rid of bad cholesterol. Thanks for coming by hope you saw the videos.

Sankey my friend. There is a British study out on peanuts. Eat a hand-full of peanuts in the morning and it will keep your blood sugar level for most of the day. It works, I do every day.

Looks like you were doing some fast walking there. Those looked to be pretty tony shops. It's good you're finding ways to get about now that you no longer have your car. Looks like a lovely building. What a wonderful thing when people are able to help out. It is good for people with disabilities to have input so that the government will know how to structure things that will work for them. judi

Thanks Judi, all the rail staff in all places were so helpful. As I said they felt helpless at Dulwich Hill when they thought my wife wanted to get off the tram and she would not be able to but thankfully she did not need not get off at that time. Were you able to view the videos?

Yes, I saw the first video. A very impressive building. It is nice when people are helpful like that. We went to Walt Disney in Orlando one year, and I noticed they were particularly attentive to people in wheelchairs. judi

Those roundabouts at T junctions are so important, particularly were a major road hits a majorish road, (we need a couple were I live, when this "brown cows" traffic, when running my granddaughter to school, fortunately my driving confidence and spatial abilities are still intact, well done, being proactive in the community is great Bro, blessing Roy

I think you read this before I corrected it hehe. Yes, our local councillor has been such a help. Maybe the fact she has a disabled son helps as well. She would be Mayor but for her busy times with Liam. They were behaving really badly on that corner before the roundabout. Not observing the Stop sign and not indicating! Thanks mate you probably saw both the videos. Louise went to church alone today as i am sick as you would have seen.

Interesting research shows that if a city doesn't cover up the graffiti the gangs think it's a stamp of approval and will do more. If it's removed, yes they will do it again, but they understand it's not approved. Thank you for sharing. I enjoyed looking a the photos too.

Check the videos if you had not seen them already I know you are on Facebook. I will pass on your comment about removal of graffitti to the lady who has helped me get all this stuff done. She has a son with multiple disabilities reason why she never got to be Mayor of our city...too busy with Liam.

This is a nice update on what on in your part of the worlds. I'm glad that you were able to get those round-a=bouts installed. They really make the traffic better. I'm glad they didn't tear down the old building. I'm sorry you lost your sear in the reserve. They have walkers with seats, you know.

Thanks for being "First cab off the rank!" I just saw a Spag that you obviously missed...now fixed. Hope you are a Facebook person and can access the videos no need to friend me. I wanted to get on council years ago but a lady said I could just as well lobby for stuff even not being on council and so I do. One other thing I achieved and not mentioned was getting a bus stop moved 300 meters as it had been on a bit of a hill and a bit dangerous for older folks like me to board buses from. I believe the hill eventuated from the widening and widening again and again of the main road it was on.
