This is a wonderful poem that is putting forth the promise that Christ made with His death on the cross. He died for us to believe and come to him. Beautiful in its message and polished in the writing.

Within my limited knowledge, I know of the seven Last Sayings of Jesus on the Cross. Remembering the agony experienced by Jesus in His death on the Cross, crucified by Roman soldiers is so profound. I liked this very well written spiritual poem. Good luck!

This is a beautiful poem. I'm so thankful for God's ultimate sacrifice.
The only part that hung me up a little was this part:
"Jesus suffered that all might live -
God has given us all free will..."
The rest flowed really well, but I stopped and read that a few times because it didn't seem to flow quite as smoothly as the rest of the poem. Still, a lovely job!

Will any of us ever know what life on earth was like for the divine Jesus Christ. To know that every step He took was toward His own demise and that there would never be a turning back. That He was the Sacrificial Lamb! This is a lovely rendering of how it was.
