What a warm, heartfelt chapter. I could feel the family love, their bond. I have a feeling Jace will make an excellent father someday. I'm so glad they decided to help Martha with her cancer, poor Amy has had enough loss in her life and sure doesn't need another. Your pictures of the children are adorable. Are they yours?

Thank you, Mistydawn :)
Glad you liked the chapter so well. I really enjoy writing about my Breedline kiddos and sharing them with everyone. Evie came into the mix in book five. Actually, Jace has twin boys, Jax and little Jem. He named his first born after his twin brother, Jem.
The kiddos in the photos are not mine. I thought they described Evie as I see her in my mind.
Stay tuned my friend... there will be more on Amy and Martha.
Thanks again for all your awesome reviews and encouraging support!
Big hugs,
Shana :)

This chapter in your book THE CURSE
of Father's Love has many characters your novel. The character that I like the most is Jace. Why he has a way of showing his love to the girls.

Thanks so much, Gert :)
I appreciate your generous review and kind words. Jace is one of my favorites too! He does have a way with the girls, even the little ones. LOL! I think it's his big fun personality that draws them in.
Stay safe & thanks again!
Sincerely,
Shana :)

How can one not be captive to the love that one feels for a child, particularly for one's own, I adored/adore my girls, growing up, and now I still adore, although the dynamics have shifted as adults, (I have been that same tickle monster, both with my own, now with the grands) I love the fact that the covenant is subservient to one another, as it should be. Hope they can heal Martha, as in Amy. Beautifully written dear girl, an excellent episode, great writing Shana, well done, blessings Roy

I'm so blessed to have you take time out of your day to read my chapters. Your advice and support is very precious. I was hoping you'd like this one. I know how much family means to you. All the little ones in the Covenant are so much fun to create and write about.
Always your fan,
Shana :)

I've always had a fascination with stories pertaining to Wolves or mystical Werewolves.
"A Father's Love" exemplified clearly Jem's affection towards his daughter Evie.
Thank you for sharing this intriguingly/ interesting chapter of "The Curse"
Also, very well crafted description of the characters as a reference for new readers like me.
I would have been lost without it!
Looking forward to finding an opportunity to read more.

This is well written chapter. I didn't see an obvious things that needed editing. I think you did well, in conveying how speaking over hard topics with family can provide a sense of calmness and reassurance.
Well done.

I like how you have interwoven a mystery with a lighter scene involving love and family. The storyline seems to be coming together quite well. The pictures are absolutely beautiful. Thanks for sharing this wonderful chapter.
