Of course it's a date!! Lol! We know a little about Katherine's late husband, and I don't think she's 'missing' him that much, seeing as she didn't see much of him when he was alive. It really looks like Gabriel and Katherine will end up together. This is such a lovely story, Barbara. But, I know there is trouble out there. I just wish you would post longer parts, I run out before I'm ready to!!!! :)) Sandra xxx

Katherine needed help with that move and she sure got it. I guess that is one of the good things about living in a small town where everyone knows everyone else and they help when help is needed. Good chapter. I enjoyed it.

I am enough of a romantic to be able to recognize the beginning of a romance, and to thoroughly enjoy it to the max. Ah, but it is a date. All us readers know that. Only Gabriel and Katherine are in denial. This was a good chapter. All your chapters are good, but this had no SPAG that I could see. It flowed well and Gabe and Katherine are about to hook up. I can't wait!

Katherine is softening a bit when she invited Gabe for dinner. She's getting so much help from everyone, but as a widow with four sons she surely needs all the help she can get. She is getting settled in and making some friends, but I'm eager to see how the teaching job goes and if she'll have any more threats from Frost or anyone else. judi

This story is coming along nicely. There is a good mix of drama with the unknown incidents that pop up now and again, and humor and romance. Got to love the matchmakers. I've run into a few of those myself. They mean well, but things will only progress if they should.
