A perfect 15 syllable count has been met. The artwork is very complimentary to the message of the poem. I'm uncertain why impulse is not to be allowed today. Sometimes in the case of an emergency on a ship I would think that a trained sailor's impulse could be faster and result in saving lives. That's just me thinking about this message.
