I have to review this poem that is about Keto diet.
I can see his guilt. I know what's like.
I have Type II diabetes for 12 years from my parents' genes even though I have already been exercising and eating healthy.

Keto diet really helps. My sugar level has been in a steady good level for three years. I recently have been doing Intermittent fasting and it has been good.
