This is a clever way of presenting someone talking to oneself and bantering back and forth the pros and cons. Interesting conversation making me wonder if I really got all the humor, but then this is the only chapter I've read.

I am trying to show the hardship of people who are out of work and with no options.

I can't believe this guy, but I know there are some out there and even once in a while we all act in similar ways. That's what makes it so fun to read.

LOL. Well, it's always about the money every time. But in truth, money is probably more likely to make us miserable than happy. I spend my whole life chasing all the things I thought were important, while missing out on everything that truly should have been. :-) Thanks for sharing.

Recognizing this is my first chapter, I really have no clue what is happening. I found the read to not flow easily. In the next to last paragraph should "spent" be spend?

I thought it was a funny little conversation, this back and forth illustrating the sense of responsibility and the sense of the manipulator. Nice emotions coming through in the dialogue. Somehow so much of life seems to revolve around money. I like the little allusions to Hamlet and the play in a couple of lines. estory

Couples have disputes all the time especially over crazy things. Money is probably number one on the list. If couples can survive this, they usually last.
