This poem, admirably removing tensions after the previous one made me want to add a word, as I believe there is still a bit to say about how we are forgetting the troubles already.

Luckily there is peace somewhere in our out-of-control world filled with anger and hate. How can differences in opinions and views cause such retaliations. I guess, I'm too simple minded to ever understand, but I'm thankful. Thanks for sharing.

You described our situation perfectly. Only there's an uneasiness with this stillness, not sure what's going to happen. I don't see Trump or his supporters giving up that easily. Not after a four year battle. Your poem is well-written, great description. Your artwork is gorgeous, perfect for the poem.

Beautiful addition to Gypsy's Renga book, Ulla. The quite after the storm is so much preferable to the calm before the storm. lol
