So many terrible events in the last year, it's difficult already to know where to start listing them. Yet remembering is so important.This is an excellent description of incomprehension by the innocent. Who will explain to them if not us?

Gypsy,
My granddaughters, 8 1/2, can't understand this situation. Their parents do shelter them a bit from seeing the news, but they can't avoid what happens in school or what they see in their school tablets.
Sadly, as adults, we have to process this horrid situation.

The country is very divided and it's too bad that kids have to go through with it. I really hope this storm will be over soon.

This and many other examples of violence, bad to worse news is exactly the reason that I have divorced myself from politics and news. I am neither republican, democrat or independent. If I vote next time (Assuming God lets there be a next time) I will do a write in: Jesus Christ! Politics curdles my blood.
