Pets are wonderful company, but I didn't know you could use them as a teddy bear. I have seen videos on YouTube, where owner actually put their cats to bed. They have their own space, blanket, plush toy. I think it's something new. Maybe think about it.

Cats have their own personalities. Some are nice and playful, and some are like Bixby. Unless the house is on fire, I would not allow Bixby near me at night. ha ha

Some are more easy going and I can lift them up and over--blanket and all while some jump down and leave at the slightest wiggle of a toe. Only a few have been as you describe. She does like to get on my stomach and purr up a storm but jumps off the bed after a few minutes. Cats can cause you to lose sleep with their antics. judi
