Aww, this was a sweet chapter. And a surprising one too. Cancer's no joke. I'm so glad they want to help her and that Amy and her will finally be in a safer place now. These wolves are saviors. And I love the touch of Christianity you added. You can't just leave him out of everything HE created lol, if you know what I mean! I can't wait to read what happens next in the next chapter!

    Thank you, AJ :)

Writing touching and emotional scenes are my favorite. Glad you enjoyed. Although bad things are happening and evil is present, good will always prove more powerful than all. My Breedline characters have a strong faith in God and their purpose is to protect their species and all humanity. I am a sucker for a fairy tale ending. I promise, my stories always end that way.

Thanks for taking the time to read my chapter. Your feedback is valuable.

    Sincerely,
    Shana :)

Love is the answer to all our problems, and support is something that belongs to all who need, and we all do. God is a person we understand little of. A writer here was amazed I was without the knowledge of God, for a huge portion of my life, I told him part of me sat in his seat, so I know what it's like to be without God. That's why I'm here, although not so much this year, this is a gorgeous episode, I give you ten, (if I could) I thought of Jem's healing power. Well done wonderful writer, blessings Roy

Thank you so much, Roy :)

Yes, you are right. Love is all healing. I do love to write powerful scenes filled with emotional support and compassion. I'm so glad you enjoyed this one.
I noticed you remembered Jem's healing powers. Hmmm... you may be onto something my friend. Also, Steven has the power to heal cancer. Maybe there is something good waiting for Miss Martha.

Thanks for your wonderful support and encouraging feedback.
    Always your fan,
    Shana :)

What an emotional, heartwarming chapter. It made me cry. I could feel Martha's sorrow, her fear. How she felt so isolated, alone. The love the family has for her. I'm so glad they met and the family is willing to help. Your story is well-written, emotional, very realistic, relatable. I wish I had a six to give but I'm afraid I'm already out. Like always, I look forward to reading more.

I'm so happy you enjoyed the chapter. I do love writing scenes like this. As you know, you and I are lovers of fairy tale endings. I believe there might be one for Martha and little Amy.

Thanks for all your kind words and support.

A1 for describing emotional reactions in an authentic manner.
I didn't catch any typos or grammatical errors. This is my first reading and I enjoyed it. These werewolves fantasies are so popular that it was easy to follow. I feel I'll enjoy it more if I read the whole thing to get to know the characters more intimately because I'm curious about Nicholas.
And I also liked the fonts. Initially it looked weird but when I got into reading it was easy.
Well Done!
Keep Writing!

Thank you very much, mmayen :)

So thrilled to hear you enjoyed this chapter. My Breedline crew are quite vicious but also loving when it comes to protecting the innocent.
I see you mentioned my character, Nicolas. He was created in my last book, The Immortal. He was born in the 1800s and has very unique gifts. His character is fun to write. Thanks for mentioning him.

I appreciate your kind words and encouraging feedback. Hope to hear from you again.

    Sincerely,
    Shana :)

It's nice to finally stop hiding and looking over the shoulder. I like how you bring the focus of safety in the bosom of a caring family: "He refocused his eyes back on Martha. "This is a group of good people I'm proud to call my family. And just like me, you'll learn to appreciate what family--or at least this family--is all about". Thank you for sharing and good luck with the next chapter.

So happy to hear you enjoyed the compassionate scenes. I do love to write them. My Breedline crew can be quite vicious, but also loving when it comes to children and good people.

I do hope to hear from you again. More Breedline adventures to come!

This chapter was really a tear jerker, as both sadness and joy were brought out. I don't know what the future holds for Amy and Martha, however I like the possibilities. Your pictures convey a lot of the storyline. Despite Martha's seemingly short future, it seems that there may still be a happy ending. I look forward to the next chapter.

    Thanks so much, Faye :)

I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the emotions and compassion in the chapter, along with the photos. I do love to create caring scenes and search for wolf artwork. It leaves me with that 'good' feeling although it is make believe. God has a purpose for all my characters and I plan to do my best with Martha and little Amy's story.

Thanks for your support! It is very valuable to me.

    Stay safe!

Clever concept (Breedline). Excellent chapter.
The emotion of the characters is well-developed. There are no mistakes.
The memory of Helen is well handled to give depth to the chapter.
I look forward to seeing the remainder of the story.
All the best
Myra
