Sounds like Grandma has had enough of this COVID-19 rigamarole. Mandatory to wear masks. Not allowed to shake hands. Try social distancing at the dinner table. Not an easy task to comply with. She finally blows up and she cancels the party before it barely begins.

I enjoyed the sentiment here as this is a fun poem, but the meter just did not work here, and many lines are our of sync, you may need to adjust them for the contest, love Dolly x
