A nicely written bouncy poem saying good riddance to 2020 with hopes and plans of 2021. So many things await us with anticipation. It won't take much to be a better year than the last one! Good luck with the contest!

We all have many new year resolutions that last for a while and then back to old behavior. But our new year is full of hope, In two weeks, Biden will be our new president and the Trump craziness will end. Then we can focus on what matters, covid vaccinates.

And if I won the lottery, I would do what you would do as far as giving as much as I could. Also I could stand to lose some weight. But keep in mind, when we die we don't have to take the weight with us, which is much like the money we won't get to take with us either when we go to wherever we go to the here after. What a very nice introduction to the new year. Your poem was most uplifting and very positive. It made me feel good just reading it. And if I won the lottery, I would do what you would do as far as giving as much as I could. Also I could stand to lose some weight. But keep in mind, when we die we don't have to take the weight with us, which is much like the money we won't get to take with us either when we go to wherever we go to the here after.
